History

In Spring 2023 the college officially launched Herencias Latinas, the segment focused on Latino culture. A series of programs followed, bringing to light the  many facets of Latino life in the Hartford area.

Herencias Latinas at CT State Capital establishes new connections each semester! Partnering with area organizations and developing educational activities and initiatives, we're working to  understand and appreciate the diverse and complex history of Hartford's Latino population.
